Private Training Overview

RAISING A WELL-ROUNDED PUPPY TAKES A VILLAGE

The private training program is a stand-alone approach or can be combined with any of our other puppy offerings, and you are encouraged to sign up as early as possible.

If your schedule does not align with our puppy classes, if you have a particularly overstimulated or nervous puppy, or you simply prefer the one-on-one tailored approach to learning with your puppy, then this package is for you!

Basic Private Puppy Lessons

In this program, we will cover most of the skills which are covered in the Puppy Group Classes like reinforcement procedures, push ups, the name game, touch, recall, drop it and leave it, mat training, loose leash walking, stay, proper socialization technique, handling exercises, management skills, confinement and independence training, house training, biting and mouthing, and more!

After each session, you’ll receive a follow-up handout detailing what was covered, including homework to work on between sessions.

Available Hours:

Mondays w/ Emma: 1-2 pm, 2:30-3:30 pm
Wednesdays & Fridays w/ Meaghan: Offered on a case by case basis at this time - lessons at our facility are available on Saturdays with Meaghan

What You’ll Get:

(1) 1hr online lesson to create a training plan and determine the best schedule for your in-person lessons
(4) 1hr onsite lessons at our facility to train the skills together

Fee: $725 ($145 per session)

*IMPORTANT: In-home lessons are available to clients within a 5-mile radius of our facility. In-home lessons outside of the 5-mile radius are charged a travel fee of $2.50 per extra mile of travel.

Advanced Private Puppy Lessons

Similar to the Basic private puppy lessons, except you’ll receive additional sessions to help with retention and keeping these skills to set them up for a lifetime of success!

After each session, you’ll receive a follow-up handout detailing what was covered, including homework to work on between sessions.

Available Hours:

Mondays w/ Emma: 1-2 pm, 2:30-3:30 pm
Wednesdays & Fridays w/ Meaghan: Offered on a case by case basis at this time - lessons at our facility are available on Saturdays with Meaghan

What You’ll Get:

(1) 1hr online lesson to create a training plan and determine the best schedule for your in-person lessons
(6) 1hr onsite lessons at our facility to train the skills together (2 extra onsite lessons compared to the Basic package)
(2) phone consultations to make sure that your training stays on track over time

Fee: $1,160 ($129 per session)
