Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation and Refund Policy
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. Please call/text us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
Cancellation by Urban Pawsibilities. Urban Pawsibilities reserves the right to cancel or reschedule daytraining, group classes, private lessons, and other activities due to weather, staff illness, or for any other reason. In such events, Client will receive a full refund or transfer credit.
Day Services and Private Trainings. Client is eligible for a full refund if Client cancels a full-day daytraining, half-day daytraining, daystay, or private training on or before the same time on the previous business day. For example, to qualify for a full refund, Client must cancel a Monday 9:00 a.m. activity before 9:00 a.m. the previous Friday and Client must cancel a 4 p.m. Wednesday activity before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. If Client cancels with less notice, Client will be charged the full amount for the session.
Private Lesson, Daytraining, and Daystay Packages. Private lesson, daytraining, and daystay packages are nonrefundable, but the credits are transferrable to other services of equivalent value. For this reason, Client may wish to begin all training services with the purchase of a single session rather than a package.
Group Classes. Classes purchased and paid for are nonrefundable and nontransferable under any circumstances after purchase for any reason.
Credits. In the event that a credit is put on your account due to a cancellation etc. that credit must be used within one year of receiving the credit. Credit is forfeited after that date.
